    1. Check Your Email

      After purchasing your FlexPass, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique code, or automatic package credit if it’s linked to your email address.

    5. Fill in Your Details & Click ‘Continue to Payment’

      Enter your details. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’ — your FlexPass credits will automatically apply if your email is linked. If not, you can enter your unique code at checkout.

  • Yes! This pass can be shared with a partnering beautypreneur—just ensure the booking is made under the FlexPass holder’s name or company.

  • Unused sessions in this FlexPass category will expire on the expiration date. Since extensions are not available, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.

  • Yes! This pass is valid for all studio rooms available at Gentle Ground.

  • Our FlexPass validity is based on the date of purchase by default. However, if your first booking is scheduled for a later date, don’t worry!

    After you've made your first booking, simply drop us a message, and our team will manually adjust the expiry date to start from the date of your first booking instead.

    This ensures you get the full duration of your package starting from when you actually begin using it.

  • Yes! After you've made your first booking, simply drop us a message, and our team will manually adjust your package expiry date to start from the date of your first booking. This way, you’ll get the full validity period from when you actually begin using your sessions.

  • This package is designed for full 6-hour sessions only. Time cannot be split into shorter increments.

  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.

    To reschedule your booking:

    1. Check your booking confirmation email

    2. Click "Reschedule" button

    3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

    4. Wait for new confirmation email

  • You don’t have to! You can mix and match. Choose Morning (9AM–3PM) or Evening (4PM–10PM) each time you book, based on availability.

  • Yes, you may book both sessions on the same day. To ensure a seamless back-to-back experience, please contact us to arrange the close the gap between the sessions.  Unapproved or unbooked extensions will incur a non-prorated $45/hour fee.

  • Extensions may be available before 9 AM or after 9 PM at $35/hour, but must be requested and approved at least 12 hours in advance. Availability is subject to scheduling and studio operations.

    If you've booked both 9 AM–3 PM and 4 PM–9 PM sessions on the same day in the same studio, you may also extend the 3 PM–4 PM gap for $35/hour, with prior arrangement at least 12 hours in advance.

    Unplanned overtime will incur an unbooked usage fee of $45/hour (or part thereof).

  • Yes — even with consecutive bookings (e.g. 9 AM–3 PM and 4 PM–9 PM), the studio must be vacated during the 3 PM–4 PM buffer unless you've arranged and paid to extend that gap. Leaving items behind without approval will incur an unbooked usage fee of $45/hour (or part thereof).

  • No — even if you're the next morning's user, the 6-hour FlexPass is for single-day use only. The studio is cleaned and reset each night, and belongings must be cleared by the end of your session. If you prefer to leave your setup overnight, consider upgrading to our Consecutive Days FlexPass, which allows uninterrupted use without daily reset.

  • Yes, you can. However, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance and wait for confirmation.
