What is a Partner Space?

A Partner Space is an independently operated beauty studio collaborating with Gentle Ground to offer rental stations for beautypreneurs.

Can Gentle Ground’s Flexpass be used for Partner Spaces?

No. FlexPasses are only valid for Gentle Ground Studios. Partner Spaces are booked directly and do not require or accept FlexPasses.

Can I reschedule my existing booking?

Yes, you can reschedule your booking via your confirmation email as long as it’s at least 12 hours before your scheduled time.

Can I come in earlier or extend my time?

No early entry or extensions are allowed beyond your booked time. Overtime usage may result in additional charges.

Can I leave belongings overnight if I’m booked the next morning?

Unfortunately, overnight storage is not allowed. Please bring all belongings with you at the end of your session.

How far in advance do I need to reschedule?

You must reschedule at least 12 hours before your original booking to avoid forfeiting your session.

I need the space today — can I make a booking?

Same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability. Please check the online booking page or contact us for urgent requests.
