  • A Partner Space is an independently operated beauty studio collaborating with Gentle Ground to offer rental stations for beautypreneurs.

  • No, you don’t have to. If you’ve already registered, you can proceed with the booking.

  • Nope — it’s only valid for bookings at Gentle Ground’s own studios. It cannot be used to book our Partner Spaces.

  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.

    To reschedule your booking:

    1. Check your booking confirmation email

    2. Click "Reschedule" button

    3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

    4. Wait for new confirmation email

  • No — bookings are fixed and cannot be shortened.

  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.

    To reschedule your booking:

    2. Click "Reschedule" button

    3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

    4. Wait for new confirmation email

  • No, unfortunately we’re unable to offer early entry or extensions.

  • No — overnight storage is not allowed at any of our partner spaces.

  • At least 12 hours’ notice is required. Anything less and the booking will be forfeited.

  • Sorry, we don’t accept same-day or last-minute bookings.

  • Unfortunately, no. All our bookings are in 8-hour blocks, and we do not offer hourly rentals.
