    Lighter support + curated visibility (paid ads not guaranteed).

    Full Service Plan — $120/month
    More hands-on support + access to our shared ad pool.

  • Typically: your rental rates (hourly/daily/monthly if applicable), studio rules/guidelines, buffer time between bookings, entry/access instructions, and any house rules you want enforced.

  • Yes — photography/videography support is part of the partner space management workflow.⁠⁠​

  • We promote your space through our website and network.
    Bookings are tracked, and payouts are processed after sessions are completed (timing depends on the plan/workflow).⁠⁠

  • Partner spaces typically handle the “on-the-day” access/entry coordination and ensure renters understand the rules (we can provide templates to make it easy).⁠⁠​

  • You can notify us of overruns so extra charges can be applied (or you may collect directly, as long as the same agreed rates are used). You can also request to block a renter after their first visit if needed.⁠⁠​

  • Yes. All Partner Spaces receive curated visibility through Gentle Ground. The level of promotion depends on your plan:

    Performance Plan: curated visibility + lighter content support (ads not guaranteed)

    Fixed Support Plan: stronger promotion support + access to our shared ad pool (not guaranteed per space)

  • Commission applies only to bookings made through Gentle Ground’s booking system, and is calculated on booking value collected (excluding refunds/cancellations).
