Our Partner Space Plan is for studio, salon and wellness space owners who want to generate rental income from their unused or available spaces through Gentle Ground.

Our goal is to make renting out your unused space as low-maintenance as possible. For short-term rentals, Gentle Ground manages the listing, enquiries and bookings through our platform, so you don't have to handle every enquiry yourself.

You simply provide the space, keep it ready for renters and receive the rental income.

For long-term rentals, we handle the listing and help bring suitable enquiries to you. You’ll only need to manage the viewing, negotiate the terms and finalise the rental agreement.

Building bookings takes a little time, especially when introducing a new space or location.

When a beauty or wellness professional discovers your space, they may need some time to see if the location, facilities and pricing are right for their business. They may also need time to let their existing clients know about their new location and transition their bookings.

This means it can take time for bookings to build, even after the right renter has found your space.

Our role is to make the process easier by getting your space in front of the right beauty and wellness professionals and helping you turn unused space into an additional income stream.

This depends on how your space operates. If your space is already staffed or accessible to renters, you can rent it out without needing to be there for every booking. We'll discuss your setup during the space review and make sure the rental arrangement works for you.

We offer three options:

Performance — $89/month + 15% commission
For spaces looking to attract hourly, daily or short-term renters. Your first month is free.

Fixed Support — $120/month + 0% commission
For spaces looking for short-term renters with a predictable monthly fee and no booking commission.

Long-Term — $399 / 6 months
For spaces looking to secure a long-term renter. This is a one-time listing fee with no booking commission.

Yes. You can choose the rental model that best suits your space. If you have different rental options within your space, such as some chairs for long-term rental and others for short-term bookings, speak to our team and we’ll recommend the most suitable setup.

Our plans are based on the rental listing and how you want your space to be marketed, rather than simply charging per chair or station. If you have multiple rooms, chairs or stations, we’ll review your setup and recommend the appropriate plan.

We list your space on the Gentle Ground website and manage booking enquiries and bookings through our platform, helping you attract beauty and wellness professionals looking for rental space.

Your space will be listed on the Gentle Ground website for 6 months, with a dedicated Instagram feature and your space details, photos, rental price and amenities. We’ll forward suitable long-term rental enquiries to you, while you handle viewings, negotiations and the final rental agreement.

Yes. If your rental needs change, speak to our team and we can advise you on the most suitable option for your space.

For long-term rentals, the space owner handles the viewing, negotiation, rental terms and final agreement directly with the renter.

Our team will first review your space and rental goals to make sure it’s a good fit for Gentle Ground. If suitable, we’ll arrange a visit to assess the space and share any recommendations to get it ready for renters.

Once your space is approved, we’ll recommend the most suitable rental plan and guide you through the next steps to get your listing live.
