  • Book directly via our online booking page. Available slots shown online are live and updated in real time.

  • Availability can be viewed directly on the booking platform. Select your preferred location or space to see available dates and time slots in real time. Availability is updated regularly and bookings are subject to remaining capacity.

  • Our booking schedule opens 30 days in advance. If you are unable to see a specific date or time, it means it is either not yet open for booking or currently unavailable. You can view all real-time availability on our website and select from the available time slots shown there.

  • Yes, you may contact us directly to secure multiple future dates or consecutive bookings.

    Step 1: Ensure that all individuals using the space are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold a valid work pass that permits them to provide paid services in Singapore. Tourist or travel visas are not permitted for paid activities.

    Step 2: Submit your booking request with your preferred dates.

    Step 3: Once your booking is confirmed, payment must be made to secure the dates. Please note that all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

    Step 4: ID and/or work pass verification may be conducted on the day of booking. Access may be denied if valid documentation is not presented.

  • Only individuals or businesses who are legally allowed to work in Singapore (e.g. Singapore Citizens, PRs, or foreigners with valid work passes) and who comply with all relevant regulations may rent and provide paid services in the space. We kindly ask all renters to ensure they meet the necessary requirements before using the space, and we may decline bookings where these are not met.

  • We offer long-term rental, monthly subscriptions, daily, hourly bookings, and last-minute pop-ins.

  • Yes, foreigners may rent our space in Singapore for personal use or permitted activities.
    However, if you are on a Social Visit Pass (tourist/visitor pass), you are not allowed to provide paid services or conduct work in Singapore. Any service or work-related activity must be carried out only by individuals with valid work authorisation in Singapore.

  • Of course!
    Just email us which studio you would like to visit, along with your preferred date and time, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

    Alternatively, you can explore our studios under Find Your Studio” and click “View Virtual Tour” to view them online anytime.

Startup Program

  • A 1-month structured program for beauty & wellness startups to grow their brand, build their portfolio, and see clients in a professional studio space.

  • The program opens one month in advance and starts on the 1st of each month.
    As we accept a limited number of startups each month, placements are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early application to secure a spot.

  • Additional hours or sessions can be booked separately at the standard rate outside the Startup Program, subject to availability.

  • Yes, we welcome studio and salon owners to list their space as a host for professionals and startups looking for a place to work or run their services. Hosts remain in full control of their space, while users operate independently and are responsible for their own services and compliance with local regulations.

  • Start by enquiring with us (we’ll share the next steps and what information we need). Once approved, we’ll guide you through setup and getting your listing live.

  • We offer two common tracks:⁠⁠

    1) Flexible Monthly Access (Trial + Monthly) — $85 trial month, $120/month thereafter
    Low commitment, month-to-month option.

    2) Subscription (min 6 months) — $100/month
    Ongoing listing + continuous promotion, with your calendar kept open for regular bookings.

  • Yes — the Flexible Monthly Access option is designed as a low-commitment way to try it first.⁠⁠​

  • Typically: your rental rates (hourly/daily/monthly if applicable), studio rules/guidelines, buffer time between bookings, entry/access instructions, and any house rules you want enforced.

  • Yes — photography/videography support is part of the partner space management workflow.⁠⁠​

  • We promote your space through our website and network. Bookings are tracked, and payouts are processed after sessions are completed (timing depends on the plan/workflow).⁠⁠

  • Partner spaces typically handle the “on-the-day” access/entry coordination and ensure renters understand the rules (we can provide templates to make it easy).⁠⁠​

  • You can notify us of overruns so extra charges can be applied (or you may collect directly, as long as the same agreed rates are used). You can also request to block a renter after their first visit if needed.⁠⁠​

  • Yes — depending on your plan, we can feature your space to the Gentle Ground network, startup cohorts, and on our channels when relevant.⁠⁠​
