  After purchasing your FlexPass, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique code, or automatic package credit if it’s linked to your email address.
2. Click on ‘Schedule’
3. Choose Your Studio
4. Pick Your Preferred Date & Time
5. Fill in Your Details & Click ‘Continue to Payment’
  Enter your details. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’ — your FlexPass credits will automatically apply if your email is linked. If not, you can enter your unique code at checkout.
Yes! This pass can be shared with a partnering beautypreneur—just ensure the booking is made under the FlexPass holder’s name or company.
Unused sessions in this FlexPass category will expire on the expiration date. Since extensions are not available, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.
Yes! This pass is valid for all studio rooms available at Gentle Ground.

No, the Consecutive Days Pass is only valid for back-to-back days in the same studio, with uninterrupted use throughout. It cannot be split or rescheduled.
You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.
To reschedule your booking:
1. Check your booking confirmation email
2. Click "Reschedule" button
3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)
4. Wait for new confirmation email
Yes, with the Consecutive Days Pass, you may leave your belongings overnight. The studio will not be cleaned or reset during your booking period.

Please send us a request at least 12 hours in advance. While early or late access may be possible, overnight stays or working significantly beyond our operating hours of 9am - 9pm are not allowed without management’s consent.
Check-in is from 9:00 AM on the first day of your booking.
Check-out is by 9:00 PM on the final day of your booking.
