FAQs

You can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. All reschedule requests are subject to studio availability, so we recommend reaching out early to secure your preferred new time.
No, the Consecutive Days Pass is only valid for back-to-back days in the same studio, with uninterrupted use throughout. It cannot be split or rescheduled.
Yes — This option is designed to give you the experience of having your own private studio for several days without needing to pack up and reset each time.
Please send us a request at least 12 hours in advance. While early or late access may be possible, overnight stays or working significantly beyond our operating hours of 9am - 9pm are not allowed without management’s consent.
Check-in is from 9:00 AM on the first day of your booking.
Check-out is by 9:00 PM on the final day of your booking.
Yes, daily housekeeping takes place every night at 9:00 PM. This includes cleaning the studio, changing bed sheets, restocking cotton materials, and collecting used towels and aprons for laundry.
