Studio Access & Time Management

You’re welcome to arrive up to 5 minutes early — that’s our built-in Grace Period to help you settle in comfortably at no charge.
Arriving more than 5 minutes early or accessing the studio before your scheduled start time may result in unbooked usage fees. This helps ensure the studio is clean, prepped, and ready for the next guest without delays. -
We allow a 5-minute Grace Period after your booking so you can wrap up without stress.
If you remain in the studio more than 5 minutes past your scheduled end time, it will be considered unbooked overtime and charged accordingly.

If you have a gap between two separate bookings on the same day, the unbooked time between sessions must be booked in advance if you plan to stay in the studio.
Remaining in the space between your own sessions without booking the time will be treated as unbooked use and may incur additional charges.. -
You can check in up to 5 minutes before your start time without a fee.
Checking in earlier than 5 minutes may result in early access unbooked charges. -
If you'd like to extend your session, we recommend booking additional time online in advance.
✨ Extensions cannot be accommodated unless confirmed and pre-booked at least 12 hours in advance.
Even if the room appears available, we may be preparing for another booking or the next user may on her way. Please plan accordingly to avoid disappointment or late check-out fees for unbooked usage. -
We ask all guests to fully vacate the studio by the end of their booking to ensure smooth transitions.
Using time beyond your session or into the cleaning/reset window affects the next guest and will result in unbooked usage charges.
For a more relaxed experience, we recommend booking a longer session or using our FlexPass plans for built-in flexibility.
Booking & Scheduling

Hourly bookings can be made online as early as 14 days in advance and as close as 12 hours before your session.
We do not accept last-minute bookings less than 12 hours away, to ensure we have time to prepare the space for you properly.Planning ahead helps us give you the best possible experience — thank you!

Absolutely! You can book multiple hourly sessions back-to-back if needed.
However, please note that buffer time will still remain between each session to allow for cleaning and reset — even if the sessions are for the same guest. This ensures the space is always fresh and ready.
For more flexibility and fewer interruptions, we recommend checking out our FlexPass options, which are designed for longer, smoother studio use.

If the specific time slot you’d like to book isn’t visible online, it likely means it’s already booked.
We encourage you to explore another available time slot or look for a different session that fits your schedule. -
To reschedule:
Locate your booking confirmation email.
Click "Reschedule" in the email.
Select a new time with at least 12 hours advance notice.
Wait for the new confirmation email to finalize your updated booking.

Any unbooked time (such as early entry, late departure, or occuyping studios during gaps between bookings) will incur a fee of $45/hour (or part thereof). Please ensure all time is booked in advance to avoid these charges.
Storage & Facilities

We provide complimentary day-use lockers for your convenience. You can store your belongings in any available unlocked locker located at Door 6 (the last glass door beside the washroom).
Please remember to clear your locker by the end of the day to avoid any storage fees.
