Vouchers are valid as stated on the physical voucher.
Vouchers are only valid for use at participating Gentle Ground studios, subject to the respective studios' terms of use.
Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction, subject to each studio's policy.
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
No change will be given for partial voucher redemption.
Gentle Ground is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Service availability depends on each studio's schedule and capacity.
Vouchers are transferable but cannot be resold.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
Vouchers are redeemable only at participating studios physically located within Gentle Ground. The list of participating studios is subject to change.
Gentle Ground and participating studios will not accept any voucher which, in their opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, is or appears to be counterfeit, has expired, been voided, or is or appears to be altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered with.
The terms outlined herein take precedence over any terms stated on the physical voucher you received.
