To book and use our studio space, please purchase a FlexPass. It’s your gateway to flexible, professional, and well-supported sessions at Gentle Ground.

Terms & Guidelines

Please review our updated Terms of Use before your first visit. These guidelines ensure a peaceful and professional environment for all users.

Book Your Studio

  1. Check Your Email
    After purchasing your FlexPass, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique code, or automatic package credit if it’s linked to your email address.

  1. Click on ‘Schedule’

  2. Choose Your Studio

  3. Pick Your Preferred Date & Time

  4. Fill in Your Details & Click ‘Continue to Payment’
    Enter your details. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’ — your FlexPass credits will automatically apply if your email is linked. If not, you can enter your unique code at checkout. No further payment is needed at this stage.

Need to Reschedule?

We’ve made it easy—and fair for everyone.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours before.
    To reschedule your booking:

    1. Check your booking confirmation email

    2. Click "Reschedule" button

    3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

    4. Wait for new confirmation email

Access Code to Studio

Your key to the studio—timed to your booking.

  • You will receive your time-sensitive access code on the day of your appointment.

  • Your code will only work during your scheduled booking time.

  • Please do not attempt early entry or stay beyond your allotted time—this will be considered unbooked usage and subject to overtime charges.

Space Guidelines

Let’s keep shared spaces peaceful and professional.

  • No consultations or services are allowed in common areas.

  • Food and animals are not permitted on the premises.

  • Speak softly, move gently—maintain the calm.

  • Be polite and respectful towards everyone.

  • We strive to maintain a positive and harmonious environment. Anyone whose behaviour does not align with our community's values may be asked to leave.

Linen & Equipment Care

Clean. Safe. Mindful.

  • Wash hands before handling supplies.

  • Sanitize equipment between each client.

  • Use designated bins for needles and laundry.

  • Use towels/aprons only for client services.

  • Follow proper hygiene protocols at all times.

Towels & Supplies

Fresh essentials are stocked—just for you.

  • Towels and sterilizing supplies are in the pigeon holes.

  • Take only what you need to support our sustainability efforts.

Damage & Loss Policy

Let’s take care of our shared home.

  • You’re responsible for any damage, stains, or missing items.

  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged at retail price to the card on file.

Washroom & Privacy Info

For comfort and professionalism.

  • Washroom: Door 6 (last glass door).

  • Need privacy? Hang the Privacy Card outside your room.

Before You Go

Help us keep Gentle Ground in its best condition:

  • Lights off

  • A/C & machines off

  • Trash out

  • All belongings removed
