Step 1: Purchase a FlexPass

To book our studios, you’ll need a FlexPass — your ticket to flexible, professional sessions.

Step 2: Book Your Studio

After purchasing your FlexPass:
You’ll receive either a unique code or automatic credit linked to your email.

To book:

  1. Click ‘Schedule’

  2. Choose your studio

  3. Pick your date & time

  4. Enter your details

  5. At checkout:

    • If credits are linked to your email, they’ll apply automatically.

    • If not, enter your unique FlexPass code.

  6. No payment is needed at this stage if credits are applied

Need to Reschedule?

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Use your confirmation email → click “Reschedule”

  • Pick a new time & wait for a new confirmation email

Access Code & Entry

  • Your studio access code will be sent on the day of your booking

  • The code is valid only during your scheduled time

  • For Studios 1 & 5, use the digital access card to re-enter if needed

  • Please return the card after use

  • Do not enter early or overstay — this will be considered unbooked usage and subject to overtime charges

Studio Etiquette

Let’s keep our space serene and professional:

  • No services or consultations in shared areas

  • No food or animals allowed

  • Speak softly and move gently

  • Be respectful — always

Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community.

Hygiene & Equipment

  • Wash hands before handling towels or tools

  • Sanitize all equipment between clients

  • Use laundry bins + sharps containers appropriately

  • Towels and aprons are for client use only

Towels & Supplies

  • Fresh towels + sterilizers are in the pigeon holes

  • Take only what you need — let’s stay sustainable

Damage & Loss Policy

You’re responsible for any:

  • Damaged or stained furniture

  • Lost items or broken tools

Charges will apply at retail value via the card on file.

Washroom & Privacy

  • Washroom: Door 6 (last glass door)

  • Want privacy? Hang the Privacy Card outside your studio door

Before You Leave

Help us maintain a clean, calm studio:
