We’re more than just beautiful studios — Gentle Ground is a curated collective of beautypreneurs who share a commitment to professionalism, respect, and the signature Gentle Ground vibe.

Membership is by application and invitation only, so we can protect the quality of our spaces and ensure the right fit for everyone.

How It Works

  1. Apply — Tell us about your craft, your style, and how you work.

  2. Provisional Access — If your application is approved, you’ll receive trial access for your first 1–3 bookings.

  3. Full Membership — After your trial, we’ll invite you to become a full Gentle Ground member if it’s the perfect fit for both sides.

This approach keeps our space inspiring, respectful, and a pleasure for your clients.

    1. Check Your Email

      After purchasing your FlexPass, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique code, or automatic package credit if it’s linked to your email address.

    2. Click on ‘Schedule’

    3. Choose Your Studio

    4. Pick Your Preferred Date & Time

    5. Fill in Your Details & Click ‘Continue to Payment’

      Enter your deatail. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’ — your FlexPass credits will automatically apply if your email is linked. If not, you can enter your unique code at checkout.

  • Yes! This pass can be shared with a partnering beautypreneur—just ensure the booking is made under the FlexPass holder’s name or company.

  • Unused sessions in this FlexPass category will expire on the expiration date. Since extensions are not available, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.

  • Yes! This pass is valid for all studio rooms available at Gentle Ground.

FAQs

  • Nope! The Flexpass is only valid for bookings at Gentle Ground's own studios.

  • You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.

    To reschedule your booking:

    1. Check your booking confirmation email

    2. Click "Reschedule" button

    3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

    4. Wait for new confirmation email

  • This FlexPass is designed for single-day use only, which means the studio is cleaned and reset daily to provide a fresh space for each guest. As such, we’re unable to accommodate overnight storage or ongoing use beyond your booked hours under this pass.

    If you’d like to leave your setup in place overnight or over multiple days, we recommend upgrading to our Consecutive Days FlexPass. This option gives you:

    • Uninterrupted multi-day access

    • The ability to leave belongings and setups in place

    • A studio that won’t be cleaned or reset during your reserved period
