SERVICE ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

Gentle Ground Content Growth System

This Content Growth System Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions of the Content Growth System provided by Gentle Ground Pte. Ltd. (“Gentle Ground”) to the subscribing party (“the Client”). The subscription commences on the agreed start date and continues on a monthly basis until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The minimum commitment period and cancellation terms are detailed in Section 9 below. The Client also agrees to the following terms.

  1. Included Services

    A. Treatment Content Coverage

  • Up to two (2) onsite treatment content coverage sessions per calendar month.

  • Content coverage will be scheduled during the Client's treatment appointments at Gentle Ground studios (or another mutually agreed location).

  • Depending on the treatment being performed, Gentle Ground will capture key stages of the treatment, which may include before, during and after treatment, where appropriate.

  • Gentle Ground is not required to remain onsite for the full duration of lengthy treatments. Content may be captured at pre-arranged stages of the appointment to efficiently document the treatment process and results.


    Content captured may include:

  • Before & after photographs

  • Treatment process videos

  • Short-form video clips

  • Therapist at work

  • Treatment room and ambience

  • Products and equipment

  • Branding and lifestyle content


    The exact content captured will vary depending on the treatment being performed, treatment duration, client consent and operational requirements.

    B. Content Management

    Each month includes:

  • Up to 4 Instagram Feed Posts

  • Up to 2 Instagram Stories per week (up to 8 Stories per month)

  • Basic photo editing

  • Basic video editing

  • Caption writing

  • Content planning

  • Content scheduling

  • Publishing content to the Client's Instagram account


    The mix of content formats (e.g. Reels, carousel posts or single-image posts) will be determined by Gentle Ground based on the available content and monthly content strategy.

2. Scheduling

The Client agrees to provide Gentle Ground with their treatment schedule as early as reasonably practicable to facilitate content planning and capture. While Gentle Ground will make every effort to accommodate requested dates, all content coverage sessions are subject to team availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all treatment information, pricing, promotions and business information provided to Gentle Ground is accurate and up to date.

  • Inform Gentle Ground of any changes to services, pricing or promotions before scheduled content is published.

  • The Client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and permissions from their clients before any photography or videography is conducted. Gentle Ground shall not be liable for any claims arising from the Client's failure to obtain the appropriate consent.

4. Content Approval & Publishing

Gentle Ground will prepare a monthly content plan based on the captured content and agreed marketing objectives.

  • Where applicable, content will be shared with the Client for review prior to publishing.

  • The Client agrees to provide any requested amendments within two (2) business days.

  • If no feedback is received within this timeframe, Gentle Ground may proceed with publishing according to the agreed content schedule.

  • The Client remains responsible for responding to comments, direct messages, enquiries and appointment requests received through their social media accounts.

  • Gentle Ground reserves the right to decline publishing any content that may be misleading, inaccurate, non-compliant with applicable advertising guidelines or inconsistent with Gentle Ground's professional standards.

  • Minor revisions are included. Requests for significant redesigns, additional revisions or content outside the agreed monthly scope may incur additional charges.

5. Payment

  • Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance.

  • Payment must be received before the commencement of each monthly subscription period.

  • Late payment may result in suspension of services until payment has been received.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayNow, or credit card. Gentle Ground will provide payment instructions upon invoicing.

6. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

  • Following the initial three (3) month commitment period, the subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides fifteen (15) days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

  • Gentle Ground reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately if the Client engages in conduct that is unlawful, unethical, or materially breaches this Agreement.

7. Rescheduling

  • Where possible, either party should provide at least 48 hours' notice if a scheduled content capture session requires rescheduling.

  • Gentle Ground will make reasonable efforts to arrange another session within the same calendar month.

  • Unused content capture sessions are non-transferable and do not roll over into subsequent months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all final published content created under this Agreement may be used by the Client for the promotion of their business across their marketing channels.

  • Gentle Ground retains the right to use captured and published content for its portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Service Limitations

  • The Content Growth System is intended to improve the Client's content consistency, brand presentation and online presence.

  • While Gentle Ground will apply reasonable skill and care in providing the services, no guarantees are made regarding specific business outcomes, including but not limited to enquiries, bookings, revenue, follower growth or engagement.

  • Business performance is influenced by many factors beyond the scope of this service.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Gentle Ground harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client’s use of the content or failure to obtain necessary consents.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, marketing strategies, client information or operational processes shared during the course of this engagement unless disclosure is required by law or authorised by the other party.

11. General

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Gentle Ground and the Client regarding the Content Growth System. Any amendments must be agreed to in writing by both parties.
