1. Check Your Email

   After purchasing your Pass, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique code, or automatic package credit if it’s linked to your email address.

2. Click on ‘Schedule’

3. Choose Your Studio

4. Pick Your Preferred Date & Time

5. Fill in Your Details & Click ‘Continue to Payment’

   Enter your details. Then click ‘Continue to Payment’ — your Pass credits will automatically apply if your email is linked. If not, you can enter your unique code at checkout.

You can reschedule up to 12 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Late reschedules may result in forfeiting that session.

To reschedule your booking:

1. Check your booking confirmation email

2. Click "Reschedule" button

3. Pick new time (12hrs advance notice)

4. Wait for new confirmation email

Yes! This pass can be shared with a partnering beautypreneur—just make sure the booking is made under the FlexPass holder’s name or company.

Yes! After completing your first booking, just send us a message, and our team will adjust your package expiry date to start from your first session date. This ensures you'll receive the full validity period beginning when you actually start using your sessions.

Unused sessions in this Pass category will expire on the expiration date. Since extensions are not available, we recommend booking early to secure your preferred times.

Please note the following
Entry Protocol regarding early access:

• Access Timing: Entry is only permitted from the start of your scheduled booking.

• Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period before your booking begins is offered at no extra charge.

• Early Entry Fee: If you arrive earlier than the 5-minute grace period, the following pro-rated early check-in feeswill apply:

  • 6–15 minutes early: $11.25

  • 16–30 minutes early: $22.50

  • 31+ minutes early: $45.00

We encourage guests to arrive as close to their booking time as possible to avoid additional charges.

Unfortunately no. The studio is cleaned and reset each night, and belongings must be cleared by the end of your session.
If you prefer to leave your setup overnight, consider upgrading to our Consecutive Days FlexPass, which allows uninterrupted use without daily reset.

No — each session must be used in a single continuous block of time, as booked.

Extensions may be available before 9 AM or after 9 PM at $35/hour, but must be requested and approved at least 12 hours in advance. Availability is subject to scheduling and studio operations.

Unplanned overtime will incur an unbooked usage fee of $45/hour (or part thereof).

Yes — even with consecutive bookings (e.g. 9 AM–3 PM and 4 PM–9 PM), the studio must be vacated during the 3 PM–4 PM buffer unless you've arranged and paid to extend that gap. Leaving items behind without approval will incur an unbooked usage fee of $45/hour (or part thereof).
