Our recommendation is to start with competitive rates to build bookings and reviews. As demand for your space grows, you can always adjust your pricing.

Our Recommended Rental Structure

We recommend offering one or more of the following rental options, depending on your studio's operating hours. If your studio doesn't operate all day, simply offer the rental durations that suit your business.

Suggested Starting Rates

These are general recommendations and can be adjusted based on your location, facilities, and demand. These are recommendations only. You're free to set the rates that best suit your business.

Should You Start Lower?
If you're new to renting out your space, a slightly more competitive rate can help you:

  • Attract your first renters

  • Build positive reviews

  • Increase repeat bookings

  • Understand demand before adjusting prices

As your bookings grow, you can review and increase your rates if appropriate. If you’re unsure what to charge, our team is happy to recommend rental rates based on your studio, location, and facilities.

Monthly Rentals

If you'd like to attract long-term renters, you may also offer a monthly rental option.

Monthly pricing typically depends on:

  • Number of days available

  • Hours of access

  • Whether the space is shared or exclusive

  • Storage provided

  • Included equipment and amenities

Startup Program

If you'd like to attract professionals who are building their businesses, you can choose to make your space available through the Gentle Ground Startup Program.

Partners in the Startup Program agree to offer a dedicated package of:

  • 4 sessions per month

  • Up to 6 hours per session

  • S$150 per month

Participation is completely optional.
