Cohort Start & Session Rules

Each cohort begins on its official start date, and all participants within that cohort start together.
The program runs for 3 consecutive months from the cohort start date.
Sessions are allocated monthly (4 per month) and must be used within that calendar month at the assigned Startup Program Studio. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded
Gentle Ground reserves the right to reassign sessions to another suitable Startup Program Studio if the assigned studio becomes unavailable or unfit.
Sessions are strictly for the successful applicant and may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned. If the booking holder is not the individual present using the space, it will be considered misuse; the program will be terminated immediately without refund, and the applicant will be permanently banned from all future programs.
Eligibility is limited to one cohort participation per brand. Repeat applications under the same brand or entity will not be accepted.
Access to the online Starter Course will be provided only after payment confirmation.
For each renewal month, a new booking code will be issued on the cohort start date of that month, provided the applicable renewal payment has been successfully received. The booking code grants access to schedule sessions for that month's allocation.

Auto‑Renewal Terms

The initial month is prepaid at sign‑up.
The program auto‑renews for two additional months only, with a maximum duration of three consecutive months in total.
Billing occurs on the 29th of each month, beginning from month 2.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
Renewal beyond the three‑month maximum is not permitted.
A new booking code will be issued on the cohort start date, or following a successful billing (whichever occurs later), giving you access to schedule sessions for the upcoming month.
Applicants and participants are responsible for ensuring that their payment method and billing details remain valid and capable of processing renewal charges on the applicable billing date. Gentle Ground does not provide payment reminders or notice of failed payments.
If a renewal payment cannot be successfully processed on the billing date, participation will be automatically cancelled. Any future participation will require a new application and will be subject to availability and approval. Any payment received after cancellation does not automatically reinstate participation or guarantee participation in any particular month.

Studio Access

Valid exclusively for use at one selected Startup Program Studio per cohort.
Each subscription includes four half‑day sessions per month at the designated workstation and location.
Gentle Ground reserves the right to reassign you to another suitable workstation or Startup Program Studio if your preferred option is unavailable.
Bookings must be made online via the official Gentle Ground system at least 12 hours in advance for Gentle Ground Studios, and at least 24 hours in advance for other Startup Program Studios.
Access is permitted only during your booked time slot. Any usage beyond this or outside booked hours will incur overtime fees as outlined in the General Terms & Conditions.
Unused sessions within the subscription period cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.

Fees and Payment

The program fee is SGD 150 per participating cohort/month.
Fees are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and non‑exchangeable.
Payment must be completed prior to the start of the subscription period and before online course access is granted.
The initial month is prepaid at sign‑up. Subsequent billing occurs automatically on the 29th of each month, beginning from month 2, in accordance with the Auto‑Renewal Terms.

Conduct and Responsibilities

Participants must maintain professional standards of cleanliness, safety, and respectful conduct. Furniture must be restored to its original placement after use.
No consultations or services may be provided in unbooked or common areas.
Any damage, stains, or missing items will be chargeable at full replacement value.
Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited in the studio.
Participants are responsible for the proper use and disposal of linens and equipment.
Client poaching, aggressive sales tactics, or illegal treatments are strictly prohibited.
Participants must comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
Use of Gentle Ground, Startup Program Studio or any Partner Space’s address for business registrations, marketing, or online presence without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Gentle Ground and the Startup Program Studio are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or professional equipment brought into the studio.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Gentle Ground Pte Ltd, Startup Program Studio or any Partner Spaces and their officers from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the facilities.

Misuse & Termination

Any breach of these terms — including but not limited to session misuse, undeclared activities, unauthorised use of space, or repeat applications — will result in immediate termination of the program without refund and a permanent ban from future participation.

Governing Law & General Provisions

Gentle Ground shall not be liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to government regulations, public health measures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events).
Participants acknowledge that reassignment to another suitable Startup Program Studio does not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early termination by the participant. Booking codes are valid only for the subscription month in which they are issued.
Gentle Ground reserves the right to immediately terminate access for any conduct deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, at its sole discretion.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

Agreement

By subscribing to the Startup Program, participants confirm agreement to these Terms of Use and Gentle Ground General Terms & Conditions. Participants also acknowledge that the Startup Program Studio may have their own usage regulations, which must be reviewed and agreed to at the time of booking.
