Startup Builder Launchpad Program – Terms of Use

Cohort Start & Session Rules

  • All participants begin together on the official cohort start date.

  • The program runs for 30 consecutive days from the cohort start date.

  • All 4 sessions must be completed within the cohort period at the same Startup Access Studio. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.

  • Sessions are strictly for the successful applicant and may not be shared, transferred, or reassigned. If the booking holder is not the one using the space, this will be considered misuse, the program will be terminated without refund, and the applicant banned from future programs.

  • Eligibility is limited to one cohort participation per brand. Repeat applications under the same brand name will not be accepted.

  • Access to the online Starter Course will be provided after payment confirmation.

Studio Access

  • Valid exclusively for use at one selected Startup Access Studio.

  • Each subscription includes four half‑day sessions per month.

  • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance through the Gentle Ground booking system.

  • Access is permitted only during your booked time slot.

  • Unused sessions within the subscription period cannot be carried forward or refunded.

Fees and Payment

  • The program fee is SGD 150 per participating month.

  • Fees are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and non‑exchangeable.

  • Payment must be completed prior to the start of the subscription period.

Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Participants must maintain professional standards of cleanliness, safety, and respectful conduct within the studio.

  • No consultations or services may be provided in unbooked areas.

  • Any damage, stains, or missing items will be chargeable at full retail value.

  • Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited in the studio.

  • Client poaching, aggressive sales tactics, or illegal treatments are strictly prohibited.

  • Participants must comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations.

Liability

  • Gentle Ground and the Startup Access Studio are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or professional equipment brought into the studio.

Misuse & Termination

  • Any breach of the rules outlined in these terms — including but not limited to session misuse, unauthorised use of space, or repeat applications under the same brand — will be considered misuse. Misuse will result in immediate termination of the program without refund and a ban from future participation.

Agreement

  • By subscribing to the Startup Builder Launchpad Program, participants confirm agreement to these Terms of Use. Participants also acknowledge that the Startup Access Studio may have their own usage regulations, which must be reviewed and agreed to at the time of booking.
