Gentle Ground Startup Builder Launchpad Program – Terms of Use

1. Cohort Start & Session Rules
   • All participants begin together on the official cohort start date .
   • The program runs for 30 consecutive days from the cohort start date.
   • All 4 studio sessions must be completed within the cohort period; unused sessions cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.
   • Access to the online Starter Course will be provided after payment confirmation.

2. Studio Access
   • Valid exclusively for use at Gentle Ground studio located at 38 Circular Road, Singapore
   • Each subscription includes four half‑day sessions per month.
   • Sessions are booked in fixed slots: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
   • Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance through the Gentle Ground booking system.
   • Unused sessions within the subscription period cannot be carried forward or refunded.

3. Fees and Payment
   • The program fee is SGD 150 per participating month.
   • Fees are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and non‑exchangeable.
   • Payment must be completed prior to the start of the subscription period.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities
   • Participants must maintain professional standards of cleanliness, safety, and respectful conduct within the studio.
   • Any damage to studio property caused by negligence will be chargeable.
   • Hazardous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited in the studio.

5. Liability Gentle Ground is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or professional equipment brought into the studio.

6. Agreement By subscribing to the Startup Builder Launchpad Program, participants confirm agreement to these Terms of Use and to the general Terms & Conditions published at thegentleground.com/terms-conditions.
