Subscription & Billing

• Performance Plan: SGD 89/month + 15% booking commission. The first month is free, with the first paid charge applying from the following billing cycle.

• Fixed Plan: SGD 120/month + 0% booking commission.

• Long-Term Listing: SGD 399 for 6 months, paid upfront as a one-time listing package. It is not a monthly subscription.

• Monthly plans automatically renew each month until cancelled.

• For monthly plans, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the 21st of the current month to prevent the next month's subscription from being charged.

• If you cancel a monthly plan after the 21st, your subscription will continue through the following billing month and the applicable fee will be charged.

• Once a billing period or package has started, the applicable fee is non-refundable.

• If you have confirmed practitioner bookings during an upcoming billing period, those bookings must still be honoured even if you cancel your subscription.

• Third-party payment processing fees apply to transactions processed through Gentle Ground.

• Plans cannot be cancelled during any separately agreed pre-committed period.
