The time it takes to receive bookings can vary depending on factors such as your location, space type, availability, pricing, and the demand from professionals looking for a space.
For new listings, it is normal for bookings to build gradually. After a space goes live, professionals often take time to discover the listing, compare different spaces, review the location and amenities, and plan their schedules before making a booking.
Some spaces may receive enquiries or bookings quickly, while others may take longer as awareness grows. Our team continues to promote partner spaces and connect suitable beauty and wellness professionals with available studios.
The earlier your space is approved and ready to go live, the sooner we can begin promoting your listing and introducing your studio to professionals looking for rental spaces.
To improve your chances of receiving bookings, we recommend:
Keeping your availability updated
Providing clear and competitive pricing
Adding quality photos and complete space details
Ensuring your studio is well-prepared for renters
Responding promptly to any enquiries
Gentle Ground is a growing platform, and continued visibility helps more professionals discover your space over time.
